Security on high alert on Chitral borders

PESHAWAR (Online): Federal Government has directed to carryout strict security measures on Chitral borders. 

According to the circular issued by SAFRON Ministry, strict security measures are taken at Chitral-Afghan Border. The decision was taken after

several attacks carried out by terrorists along Chitral border. Additional contingents of security forces are also positioned on Afghan Border to avert any adverse incident.

Afghan National Army on number of occasions crossed Pakistani Borders in South Waziristan that is why certain security measures are taken to avoid any mishap in future.
