CHITRAL (APP): The Chitral Students Welfare Association (CSWA) here on Sunday arranged a walk to create awareness against the use of narcotics and its negative impacts on society.
The walk started from District Headquarter Hospital and culminated at Parade Ground.
Speakers on the occasion highlighted the reasons for rampage of narcotics use in society and stressed upon young generation to desist from this bad activity.
Dr Gulzar Ahamd President CSWA, said that narcotics are a peril for establishment of a healthy society and each and every member of our society should join hands to combat this threat for saving our social edifice from collapsing
Moulana Khaleeq-uz-Zaman, Khatib Shahi Masjid urged the social organizations and private sector for playing their part to eradicate the menace of narcotics from the society and suggested to devise a comprehensive strategy to achieve this goal.
